The First Step of the Day in the Quest for Eternal Love

The First Step of the Day in the Quest for Eternal Love

Creating a daily routine to connect with your spirituality will help strengthen your heart.

"If indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister." Colossians 1:23

Starting our days with the awareness that we wake up with health, vitality, and energy to face our tasks will greatly aid us in staying on the path of the Lord.

If on any particular day we feel low energy, lack of motivation, or discomfort from something we feel or think, we must understand that healing should begin from the first moment we wake up.

Daily prayer will strengthen our bond with the Lord. Engaging in regular and grateful dialogue so that it becomes a routine, but not a bore. A space for healing dialogue and consensus with the Father.

"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; but we have risen and stand upright." Psalms 20:7-8

Just as some people start their mornings with fruits or juices, others exercise or practice yoga, many take advantage of the morning peace to connect their soul with the Holy Spirit.

In moments of solitude, concentration, and silence, much like meditation, we can deepen our connection with Faith. If doubts, fears, or questions that have troubled us arise, it will be a unique space to learn about your inner self.

"Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began" Romans 16:25

In daily life, you will understand how people who exercise regularly tone their muscles and bodies.

You can tone your heart and soul: Hope will be renewed with each dawn, and gratitude for what you learn in life and what presents itself as an opportunity to draw closer to the Holy Spirit will be the foundation for feeling that the Lord is ever closer to your heart and soul.

"Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel" Philippians 1:27

Over time, you will look forward to waking up each morning to connect through prayer. Some people perform this routine at night before sleeping, but sometimes being too tired and low on energy makes it difficult to focus on that space of divine inspiration.

If it is necessary to do it at another time of the day because our daily tasks do not allow us to take advantage of the morning to converse with the Heavenly Father, we should try to do it at a time and place that is beneficial for us. Perhaps during a meal or, why not, before going to sleep. It doesn't matter where or when; what matters is the consistency and perseverance of dialogue and gratitude during prayer.

"Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured." Colossians 4:12

The Lord's will is clear for each of His sons and daughters. He desires that they overcome challenges at all times, learning from adversities and situations in which each person is involved.

The decisions we make will shape our future, and for this reason, we will have the necessary opportunities to draw closer to Jesus, to seek enlightenment, guidance, and to have Him as a fundamental ally when gathering strength to keep moving forward.
