Attracting positive people and situations into our lives is entirely up to each individual and how they focus on moving forward in life. Discover in the following article how to fully embrace your spirit.
"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, 'Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.' So we say with confidence, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?'" Hebrews 13:5-6
In life, we often face situations that lead us to question, "Why me?" We wonder about the origin of our problems and sometimes question if God is allowing these things to happen. However, it's crucial to understand that God is not the author of the specific adversities we face. Instead, He grants us free will and a purpose within His divine plan.
Health, both physical and mental, is a treasure we must cherish and entrust to the Father in prayer. If we enjoy good health, it is a reason to thank God and also to pray for the well-being of our loved ones. However, in times of difficulty, when we face illnesses or health concerns, it is vital to turn to the Holy Spirit for support and guidance.
"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him." 1 John 5:14-15
In health-related situations, worry and fear often take hold of us, leading to an internal conviction of constant illness. This mindset drives us to obsessively search for symptoms and problems related to our well-being. The quest for a disease and its cure becomes an obsession, distancing us from true healing and inner peace.
Relying solely on traditional medicine to solve our health issues can lead us to forget the importance of spiritual healing. When our focus is solely on seeking illness, we distance ourselves from our social, work, and family relationships. We isolate ourselves and abandon activities that once brought us joy. Faith and dialogue with our Father become secondary, plunging us into a sense of loneliness and abandonment.
"This attitude we adopt towards illness challenges our Faith and connection with God the Father, as it shows us lost in a spiral of conflict and fear. 'Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.'" Hebrews 4:16
It is essential to seek God's help through prayer and allow the Holy Spirit to guide our steps. By doing so, we reconnect with our spiritual self, which may feel lost and tormented amid difficulties. The signs and support from those around us will begin to emerge, showing us that we are not alone in our struggle.
Success in the process of holistic healing is assured when we choose to embark on the path toward the loving eyes of our Heavenly Father. He will always be by our side, in His perfect timing, illuminating our path with messages of hope and guidance. The key is not to give up, to persist in Faith, and to remember that if we trust in God, there is no way to fail.
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
Holistic healing encompasses the care of our body, mind, and spirit. It is important to find a balance between medicine and spirituality, allowing Faith and trust in God to guide us in every step we take. In times of difficulty, we can rest in the unconditional love of our Father, knowing that He supports and strengthens us at all times.
Holistic healing is a journey of faith, hope, and personal growth, leading us to discover the strength and love within each son and daughter of the Lord.
