Often we can decide if we want to leave our studies or a profesional activity, but sometimes we are obligated to do it. And regarding our earthly life, one day we will need to leave, place ourselves on the path towards eternity. Our negligence to the beyond is belittling God's kindness, let us accept His wonderful offer, it answers our internal misery and gives us eternal life through faith in Jesus.
