Patience: A Unique Experience to Become Happy

If we manage to cultivate patience, the peace in our inner being will be more radiant than ever. Learn in the following article the most effective ways to deepen patience with your loved ones.

"Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly." Proverbs 14:29

There are those who are pleasantly surprised by the unexpected, and those who are anxious and worried about the unforeseen. Which group do you belong to? Neither style is better than the other, they are simply different modalities, but each one is due to our personality characteristics and the story that the Lord has ready for you.

By watching your reactions you can learn more about yourself and how the events of your past life have influenced you.

And prepare yourself so that the new will not be conflictive or generate anxiety that will disturb your life. The Lord shows us different and different circumstances, as sons and daughters of the Lord we must be prepared for them.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs." 1 Corinthians 13:4-5

It is inevitable that we have created in our imagination plans and purposes of how we would like everything in our life to turn out. The Lord desires for us to be in communion and family togetherness and for that we prepare for a long time.

For when we meet a special person we can share our hours and different moments where we can get to know each other deeply and put into practice the teachings of the Faith.

With the passing of each day, our actions, walks, meals, housing, travels and relationships will allow us to show the best of ourselves.

Of course, we know that it would be very rare to find someone who fits into this imaginary life we have created, but we are still disappointed that it is not all as we dreamed it would be.

We must understand that our Heavenly Father wants us to have a prosperous life, full of love and moments where we can cultivate our spirituality.

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." Exodus 14:14

The fortune of being able to have your loved ones close to you must be credited with daily actions and a willing heart. The only certainty is that the Lord bathes with his wisdom and his glory all those who walk beside him. In order to be located as close as possible to that place and thus feel his blessings you must have the flexibility and quickness to change your emotions and thoughts when necessary.

We may suggest what is propitious, but it will be up to you to take advantage of it. And forget about everything happening just as you thought it would, this rarely happens. Get used to evaluate all possibilities. Encourage yourself to anticipate, to tolerate the change of plans and use it to your advantage. This will help you get closer to the Holy Spirit, help you heal wounds and forgive those who need it.

" The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9

Unexpected plans will cultivate your patience. We can think of them in two directions: an unexpected improvement, or an unanticipated complication that seriously worries us and we can't see the time for it to be resolved.

It is not easy to face illness, nor is it easy to realize that it often happens because of our negligence. That is why besides seeing when the Faith and the Holy Spirit favor our health and well-being, we must be in prayer thanking the Heavenly Father. Analyze if we comply with the necessary behaviors to receive the Glory of God. The Divine Plan that the Savior has prepared is already written and we should try to stay on the path of enlightenment respecting what is presented. Adversities are opportunities for change, never forget it.
