Happiness as a Healthy Habit

Being able to walk a healthy path can be complicated if we do not open the way to the joy and happiness of love. In the following article you will find inspiring verses to exercise the art of loving and being loved.

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15

Experience revival, with all its fullness is a task that requires patience, dedication and of course Faith. The strength of the Lord originates in various places.

Many times energy must be saved for care and prayer, to gestate the birth and expansion of life in the future.

Learn to understand the wonder of God's creation as unique and irreplaceable. The planet has been moving for centuries and we as sons and daughters of the Heavenly Father have an enormous responsibility to care for it.

"Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long" Psalm 25:5

There are lies and blocking excuses that do nothing but limit us and hinder us in what we desire to do. If we truly love the Lord, we must be in care of the planet.

We tend to say "we are too old for that", or "I don't have time for this", as formulas that protect us from the fear of doing what we like and what we feel the need to do.

Many times we back out because we are so afraid of feeling the love of the Lord that we become paralyzed at the mere thought of it happening. What ideas are behind these fears?

"The lips of the righteous know what finds favor, but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse" Proverbs 10:32

At some point we become procrastinators. We procrastinate medical appointments, we procrastinate ourselves into that path of excuses. Imagine then that if you procrastinate yourself, you are also procrastinating the closeness of the Holy Spirit and the miracles of Jesus.

Open your mind, your heart and your inner being: listen to that voice that tells you that the love of our Father will be the only thing that saves us and guides us with wisdom and teachings.

No matter how old you are, you always have some thoughts that tell you that you are too old for certain things: "I'm too old to attend that writing workshop", "I'm too old to study guitar", "I'm too old to learn to play the piano", "I'm too old to start a career in college", "I'm too old to tour Europe". The possibilities are endless: Why not take the plunge and do something that really interests you?

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." Hebrews 11:1

The Lord offers you opportunities at every time and place in your life. You should be able to hear those doors opening, but sometimes you're afraid that you'll be laughed at, that you won't fit in with the group, or that you won't be enough. It doesn't matter that you express your love for the Holy Spirit, telling of His goodness and sharing the miracles that happen in your day to day life.

You have a certainty in what you want, and a more interesting learning pace when you are interested in The Word. You know it and like to put it into practice. You are simply too focused on certain topics that don't allow you to unleash your connection with Jesus.

Connect with God in prayer. Take a moment out of your day to say a prayer in gratitude for all the opportunities you were able to take that helped you evolve in your journey.
