Building a Place of Mental Peace

In order to create a special time and place for yourself you must first focus on a specific goal. Explore the following verses to learn about your life destiny.

"Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me." Isaiah 49:15-16

The Peace of Mind we seek day by day can be conceived from a space of connection with the Holy Spirit. Family communion can also be a place of emotional and spiritual construction to achieve the balance we seek.

We must remember that by cultivating love with our loved ones we will be able to build strong bonds between family members and close people. This will also bring peace to our hearts that many times received the support of these people. Loved ones who helped us at every moment of life.

It turns out to be these special people who nurture our connection with the Lord and his blessings.

"But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children— with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts." Psalm 103:17-18

Being able to find the time in our day to feel that we incorporate that restorative energy is the first step.

Learning and understanding that each person has a different reality, and different needs, we have to be clear about what will work best for our personal requirements: connecting with the Holy Spirit does not require much effort if we know the Sacred Word of God.

Let us remember that we live according to the will of the Heavenly Father who places us in a unique and beautiful destiny.

The key to achieve and maintain united Peace and our hearts results in dedication and constancy. Connecting our thoughts, emotions and decisions in union with Faith and the Lord, is the second step to achieve any goal we set in life.

Harmony and empathy will be fundamental allies so that we can integrate peace into our hearts from a merciful place, as Jesus did with all his disciples.

"The Lord will vindicate me; your love, Lord, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands." Psalm 138:8

Another way to achieve eza pas within is by offering ourselves personally as instruments of healing from the Heavenly Father. God prepares us as sons and daughters in His Glory to intercede many times in the way of some people who are lost.

As well as in our lives appear certain people who show us ways to overcome conflict scenarios. These angels appear in different forms and moments of the journey and we must be with our minds and hearts open to receive their light.

"In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." Proverbs 16:9

Faith along with the hope that we manage to produce every day that we leave our home, is the map that allows us to walk through life with respect, love and many blessings. The Lord will always provide us with the patience and infinite wisdom to overcome the obstacles that come our way.

We must also have special moments to pray and connect with the Heavenly Father. These private and personal dialogues will give us a vital force full of hope and superior faith.

Reading the Bible or reading a passage or verse will allow us to create a richer and healthier space between the Lord and our inner peace.

Our Heavenly Father will guide us at all times and wants us to get closer to those people we must forgive: we will learn to recover our balance from this act of Faith.
